WunderBO is an extraordinary journey to discover Bologna, a hidden object adventure full of puzzles and enigmas in which you will be called to collect treasures and artifacts for your Wunderkammer, in the company of three exceptional characters: the naturalist Ulisse Aldrovandi, the collector of wonders Ferdinando Cospi and the founder of the Institute of Sciences Luigi Ferdinando Marsili.

Explore the cultural heritage of Bologna starting with the finds preserved in the Medieval Civic Museum and the Palazzo Poggi Museum.

The naturalist Ulisse Aldrovandi will guide you through an exciting journey in the center of Bologna, to rediscover the places that still tell its story today. Follow Ulysses' directions and find the points of interest: admire the ancient images, discover the curiosities of the places and you will be projected into a new dimension, like in Aldrovandi's time. Collect all the symbols with its amazing designs and you will get a final prize.

The new section 'WunderBO Aldrovandi Experience' takes you on a discovery of the city of Bologna, in an immersive and engaging experience, suitable for children and families and also for tourists, through six places linked to this extraordinary character.
Following Ulisse Aldrovandi through a journey to discover the city, the player must find some animals or symbols taken from his illustrated books, starting in search of the reference sites and collecting them thanks to clues and indications useful for completing the journey. When the GPS detects the player in the Bologna area, a map of the center is shown and a first-person story by Ulisse Aldrovandi begins the adventure.
The route is a sort of cultural trek of about two hours, which allows you to check your progress and view the completion of the gallery of illustrations. Once the whole route is finished, the player gets a printable collection of the six symbols taken from the original woodcuts as a reward of the naturalist.

WunderBo is a project of the Municipality of Bologna in collaboration with the University of Bologna.
