UMA ride sharing automatically finds the right car pool for you, whether for drivers or passengers: The user enters their trips and selects whether they want to ride only or drive themselves or both. The app then suggests other users or carpools who cover the same routes at the same times.

In addition, users of the app can now set and search for individual trips and spontaneous trips (ad hoc trips). Another new feature is parcel transportation. To do this, the user simply enters the data of his package (weight, size, content) and his request is sent to the driver, who then decides whether to take the package with him.
