• Report/log building-related issues (e.g. Cleanliness, Defects, Water Leak, etc.) discovered;

• View and monitor upcoming scheduled Preventive Maintenance Works for resource planning;
• Receive and update feedback from CBM Tell Us;
• Monitor contractor’s work progress and approve works done.
