Here is the My name ringtone maker app. It enables you to create ringtone of your name. It comes with multiple voice option like male and female voice. You can use this app for creating ringtone of your name with different languages like Hindi and English and voices.

About multiple voice option: On the ringtone maker screen, choose and select your voice. After choosing your option click on play button to check the generated ringtone.

About Languages: This app supports two languages Hindi and English at this time. To change language click on languages dropdown menu and select the desired option.

If you want to announce names of your caller. You need to create ringtone of your caller name one by one. After completion, set it according to your caller one after another.

About permissions :
To set ringtone directly from the app modify system setting permission is required.
To set ringtone to specific contact, contact permission is required. (You can also set ringtone directly from your phone's main setting without these permissions.
You can always disable permission for this app through settings page).

There is no permission required to create name ringtone (hindi: apne naam ka ringtone) and save it. You can also test what you have created. Click on "play" to test.

How to create custom ringtones in hindi you can call it apne naam ki ringtone : Click on add button in the name ringtone maker app page. Choose your language and add texts. Go back to previous page and use your custom text as ringtone.
