The programmable electronic recording module records every strike and has the ability to allow for presetting interval training for your own personal fitness applications or any professional sports persons’ fitness applications.

The punching bag has several marked targets. When the target area is hit that particular target signals the strike to the programmable electronic recording module. The strike will register as either a body shot or a head shot.The programmable electronic recording module has an easy to read digital display screen that responds in real time with the number of strikes made and number of seconds left in the round.

PUNCHBOXFIT also allows for pre-programming a training session, recording the results and being able to access that information at the end of the training session. PUNCHBOXFIT can be programmed to go for up to 20 rounds from thirty seconds to five minutes in duration. With 10 up to 60 second rest periods in between each round.

PUNCHBOXFIT the APP allows the user to record their sessions and tailor make the 16 minute work out. The 16 minute work out his fully animated and is easy to follow.

The PUNCHBOXFIT APP comes complete with interval training with preset, selectable exercises to do between the PUNCHBOXFIT rounds.
