1. Enter the app, create your account and associate the payment details;
2. See the available merchants on the map, by proximity, and browse their list of products;
3. Select the store, choose the items, the delivery method and proceed with the payment;
4. Your order is validated by the merchant, depending on availability and delivery date;
5. After validation, payment is processed on the app. Your order will be ready to deliver at home or pick up at the store.
