Step By Step Guide To Install Matsentralen using BlueStacks

Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. You can also drag-and-drop the APK/XAPK file onto the BlueStacks home screen

Matsentralen Oslo can monitor the food store with the help of this mobile app and save them a lot of time on receiving goods from suppliers, handling customers' requests for food, and daily stock counting of the warehouse - and consequently reduce food waste.

The app can be used by anyone working there. The food bank's customers can use another solution called Matsentralen Oslo Customers where they can place their orders.

Here's a more detailed explanation of the app's use in daily routines:

1. The general manager receives several pallets of products in the morning. He opens the app and scans each of the pallet barcodes and records the quantity and expiration date.

2. At this point, the inventory is updated with the new products and he can put them in his place.

3. Later that morning, customers arrive and pick up their food and they use the mobile app - Matsentralen Oslo Customers. When they finish picking and adding items to the shopping cart, they show the digital shopping cart to one of the warehouse inspectors who press “Confirm Checkout” on the customer's mobile device.

When this process is done, the customer will receive an email with a summary of the order and the digital warehouse will be updated.

This process will repeat for each of the customers.

4. In the evening, the general manager can go through the digital inventory and view the status of the warehouse via the mobile app or the web-based application.

5. After the daily journey is complete, both day-to-day managers and customers are satisfied with their daily tasks, and not used paper or excel sheets to keep track of inventory and customer orders.
