Sheikh Fares Abbad
Sheikh Faris Abed Rabbo Mohammad Abad, a Yemeni origin, is one of the finest readers of the Quran in contemporary times, as well as being an imam participating in Ali bin Abi Talib Mosque in Doha, Eastern Saudi Arabia. His sound voice has become a major link to the Majd satellite channel of the Holy Qur'an, which he currently works for.
Sheikh Faris Abbad was born in the capital Sana'a on April 11, 1980. He is the second oldest brother, married and father of three children and one daughter.

He showed his interest in the Holy Quran from the very beginning of his nails, memorizing the Koran and repeating it. He frequents the schools of memorization in a number of mosques in Sana'a. He graduated from the memorization workshops that opened in Bilal ibn Rabah Mosque where he used to mix with senior sheikhs. He learned from them the rules and principles of reading the Holy Quran, Fadl Murad. The Sheikh was also influenced by the well-known reciter Sheikh Abdul Basit Abdul Samad and Mohammed Al-Muhaisni.

Shaykh Faris Abbad's talent emerged in the recitation of the Holy Quran and everyone was impressed with the sweetness of his voice which brought together the jinn and the khushua. The imam performed the Taraweeh prayers at Bilal bin Rabah Mosque from 1994 onwards for seven years.

Gradually, the star of Sheikh Faris Abbad emerged in the world of reading the Koran and extended his voice to reach the rest of the Islamic world through his numerous audio recordings, most notably the complete recitation of the Qur'an in 2003. His rights were recorded by Al-Qadisiya, which acknowledges the great role of Sheikh Abad in publishing his voice and readings, It also recorded the complete Quranic and Sharia chapter and the poem "Nuniyat al-Qahtani" with eight hundred verses, and the introduction of Ibn al-Qayyim "Description of Paradise", and the remembrance of the two ends of the day. As well as the registration of some of the scientific mantle as well as the preparation of Sheikh Abad to issue the fortress of the Muslim new look.

Sheikh Faris Abbad spent a few years in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia where he prayed at Ali Bin Abi Talib Mosque in Dhahran City in 2006, before moving two years later to live in the Emirate of Ajman in the United Arab Emirates.

Sheikh Abad is currently working as a presenter at Al Majd satellite channel for the Holy Quran. He held his first television interview in May 2011 as part of the program "The Quran" broadcast by the Sharjah channel UAE.
