Built with the chronic illness and chronic pain communities in mind, Chronicle is a simple and holistic symptom tracker that was built on three guiding principles. First, that any symptom tracker needs to be fast, easy, and customizable to suit each user's individual needs and to promote daily use . Secondly, that the information can be accessed and summarized in meaningful ways that let the user observe trends in symptom severity. And lastly, that the information be exportable so it can be shared with healthcare professionals.

Chronicle allows you to record:
- Symptom occurrences, severity, and any descriptive information you want to record
- Medications taken
- Any daily events or occurrences that may affect symptoms

These records and their relationships can be visualized in a graphical summary over a 7-60 day period, allowing you to see how symptoms, medications, and events relate and affect chronic symptoms and illnesses, with the hope of facilitating more effective conversations with your healthcare provider. Additionally, the raw data of your records can be exported to Google Drive in a CSV file format, which can then be shared with your Doctor, or imported into a spreadsheet document for further manipulation.
