You can change the name of the current activity if you wish, but it's optional. You can also change the length of working session, but this app does not support setting the pauses length. Why? Because I find they only distract me when I'm finished with the current working session - sometimes I want to move on to the next session right away and sometimes I'd like to spend long period of time relaxing on my couch. And I never know my schedule beforehand.

The app also has some additional settings and the 'History' screen, check them out too to get more benefits from the app.
