The TUI app makes traveling easier and safer. All your vacation information is collected in one place - the TUI app on your mobile device. Through the app, you can stay in touch with TUI guides around the clock, both before and during your holiday. From the app you will find lots of tips on the attractions, restaurants and activities of your resort. You can book everything from snorkeling trips to city tours with just a few clicks. Also, information on flight times and airport transfers is always easy to check from the app.

Contact TUI Guides around the clock
Through the TUI app, you can stay in touch with guides around the clock, any day of the week. You submit your question in the Ask a Guide section of the app and get an answer quickly. And the guides will reach you through the app right at the planning stage - booking your trip the next day. You will also receive messages in the app, both good holiday tips and information about important things during the trip.

Book TUI activities and experiences
Experience more on your holiday by participating in activities and excursions at the resort. Choose from the many experiences and make a reservation directly in the app. There you will also check the exact pick-up times and locations.

Airport Transfer Information
If you have booked a bus transfer, you will see the bus number and pick-up location in the app. As you return home, you will also receive a message informing you of the time and place of pick-up from the airport shuttle.

Inspiration and vacation planning
In the app you can keep track of your holiday countdown. You can also follow the weather forecasts for your holiday destination. In addition, you will find information on the attractions, beaches, shopping and restaurants of your resort.

Book Additional Services
Through our holiday app, you can make tax-free purchases as well as book a seat, add legroom or luggage weight. (Applies to certain flights only).

Find and book a trip
Our TUI travel range includes hundreds of destinations around the world - from the beaches of Thailand and the Canary Islands to major cities such as Rome and Barcelona. You can book travel packages, flights, hotels, tours, activities and tickets directly through the TUI app.

Add your reservation to the app
Once you have booked your trip, you can easily add your booking to the app. All you have to do is enter your booking number and the phone number or email address you provided for your travel booking in the app.

The use of the TUI app is possible on most of our vacations, but for some types of vacations the use of the app is not possible, this only applies to one-way flights and cruises. If you have booked a hotel only, you can add your reservation to the app and see your hotel details, but other features of the app are not yet available.
