According to the "Tathagata of the Medicine Master Liuliguang Tathagata's Merit and Virtue Sutra", the Medicine Master Buddha made twelve great wishes when practicing the Bodhisattva path according to the locality:
May I have the Three Bodhisattva of Amitala in the next life:

The first great wish: oneself is bright and radiant, illuminating countless boundless worlds, with thirty-two men, eighty with the form, solemnly; make all sentient beings like me.
The second great wish: the body is like colored glaze, the inside and outside are clear, pure and unblemished, the bright is vast, the merit is majestic, the body is good and peaceful, the flame net is more solemn than the sun and the moon;
The third great wish: with boundless wisdom and convenience, so that all sentient beings can receive endless things, and not to make all living beings lack.
The fourth great aspiration: if all sentient beings, those who practice evil ways, will be ordered to live in the path of Bodhi; if those who walk through the sound and hear, and those who are alone, will be settled by the Mahayana.
The Fifth Vow: If there is boundless and boundless sentiment, practice the Brahma in our Dharma, everything will be made without lack of precepts, with three precepts. There are criminals, if you hear my name, you have to be clean and not degenerate into evil interests.
The sixth great wish: If there are sentient beings, their bodies are inferior, their roots are not possessed, they are ugly and stubborn, blind and deaf, dumb, convulsive back, vitiligo, madness, all kinds of illnesses. After hearing my name, everything must be straightforward, all roots are complete, and there is no suffering.
The seventh great wish: If there are all sentient beings, all sicknesses are pressing, there is no salvation, no medicine, no relatives, no home, poverty and suffering. As soon as my name passes through my ears, all illnesses are eliminated, my body and mind are well-being, my family members and resources are abundant, and I have even attained the supreme bodhi.
The eighth great wish: If there is a woman, if she is annoyed by her all evils, she is extremely disgusted with it, and she is willing to surrender her. After hearing my name, everything has to be transferred from female to male, with a husband-like appearance, and even attain the supreme bodhi.
The ninth great wish: to make all sentient beings come out of the magic net, and free from all external entanglements. If you fall into the thick forest with all kinds of evil views, you should lead your way into the right view, gradually make you practice the actions of the bodhisattvas, and quickly realize the supreme integrity of the bodhi.
Tenth Great Vow: If there are sentient beings, the king's law adds, ropes flogging, imprisonment, or torture, and there are countless disasters, sorrows, and suffering, and physical and mental suffering. If you hear my name, because of my merit and power, you will be relieved from all sorrows.
The eleventh great vow: if all sentient beings are annoyed by hunger and thirst, they will cause evil karma for food. I have to hear my name and focus on sustaining it. I was the first to satisfy my body with good food, and then I established it with the taste of Dharma and happiness after all.
The twelfth great wish: If there are sentient beings, poor and without clothes, mosquito flies are cold and hot, and annoyed day and night. If I hear my name, I will hold my mind and hold it as I like, that is, I will get all kinds of wonderful clothes, and all the treasures, majestic jewellery, huahuan, incense, drums, and other tricks. Play as you like, all satisfying.
