In this post, I am going to show you how to install Vamu on Windows PC by using Android App Player such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox, KOPlayer, ...

Before you start, you will need to download the APK/XAPK installer file, you can find download button on top of this page. Save it to easy-to-find location.

Below you will find a detailed step-by-step guide, but I want to give you a fast overview of how it works. All you need is an emulator that will emulate an Android device on your Windows PC and then you can install applications and use it - you see you're playing it on Android, but this runs not on a smartphone or tablet, it runs on a PC.

Step By Step Guide To Install Vamu using BlueStacks

  1. Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
  2. Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. You can also drag-and-drop the APK/XAPK file onto the BlueStacks home screen
  3. Once installed, click "Vamu" icon on the home screen to start using, it'll work like a charm :D

How is this done?

People moving in their cars by themselves or low capacity, alternate or as drivers, sometimes as Carpool, reducing the number of cars circulating in the city.


It's safe?

The Vamu is very safe because you share your paths only with people from their own group or groups that you agreed to participate.

You just give and receive hitchhikers of participants who belong to the same groups that you and they are going or returning by the same path.


Private groups:

Relatives, friends, neighbors and co-workers or study can be organized on particular groups.


Corporate groups:

Businesses, educational institutions, residential and commercial condominiums can form groups and ensure security in the sharing among participants (employees, students, residents or tenants).

It is free?

The Vamu is completely free. When a paticipante alternates between being Carona or driver, it is strengthening the concept of spontaneous rotation with other participants, which undoes the need for compensation or any settlement expenses.

In addition to fuel economy and car wear reduction, Vamu understands that each participant to leave your car at home and then ride with another participant, will desconsumindo the mileage that day. This desconsumo is stored and can be converted into various forms of incentives, such as:

Points in loyalty programs.

Discounts on car insurance, parking lots and many other products and services.
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
Allows an application to write to external storage.
Allows an app to access approximate location.
Allows an app to access precise location.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows access to the vibrator.
Allows an application to record audio.
Allows an application to modify global audio settings.
