Step By Step Guide To Install TV INES using BlueStacks

Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. His main foundation is the promotion of social inclusion through a program schedule available on Brazilian Sign Language and English, promoting the realization of the right to education, culture and leisure for children, youth and adults who are deaf.

In the application of the INES find TV productions developed by professionals in the institution as well as content produced by the world of culture and entertainment contemplating interests of different age groups as children's programs, feature-length and short films, educational programs, sitcoms, among others.

Only at the federal, the National Institute for Deaf Education, founded in 1857, is a National Reference Center on Deafness area, performing the roles of assisting in the formulation of public policies in this field and to support its implementation by school systems . Promotes forums, publications, seminars, production of teaching material in sign language and subtitled, research and technical advisory services nationwide.
