KEVIN'S BIOGRAPHY:
Recording artist and fashion model Kevin Gerdes was born on June 20, 1986. The New York City Native was born in Queens. When Kevin was one, his family left New York for Pasadena, Maryland. He was raised in the Baltimore suburb.
As a child, Kevin was constantly singing along to music. His first memory of singing is from a family trip to New York. He recalls that his first album was by Mariah Carey. In retrospect, even back then, it was clear that Kevin was passionate about performing.

In middle school, Kevin was a part of a dance group. Then, at Northeast Senior High, Kevin began his singing career. In fact, he was a part of a group called The Electric Eagles. The school selected the group. While with the Electric Eagles, Kevin was featured in a number of solo performances. In addition to singing with the Electric Eagles, Kevin sang at all of his high school events including annual pep-rally, dance shows, and the 2004 Graduation ceremony.

At the age of eighteen, Kevin was introduced the world of modeling. Kevin quickly assimilated into the modeling world and has worked with a number of well-known photographers. He has modeled for a variety of photo campaigns and fashion shows across the country.
Kevin is of Haitian decent and resides in Hollywood, California. His musical inspirations vary from early Mariah Carey to Lady Gaga and Jay-Z. Kevin finds inspiration in much of today's hottest House/Pop/Top 40's music.

Currently, Kevin is pursuing singing and modeling in Southern California. Kevin has played the role of a Dabbawalla on NBC's Outsourced. Additionally, Kevin is working on his music production with Mark Grilliott (credited to Kat Graham of Vampire Diaries). His new single will be released in December 2010.
