1) To collaborate chefs from all around the world on to a single platform to showcase their skill in kitchen.
2) To develop ultra futuristic Artificial Intelligence to provide for recipes, with complete wisdom and innovation to further encourage cooking as a passion and hobby.

Solution
The goals can be attained by developing an IT infrastructure dedicated to nurturing of cooking as a passion. An inexpensive and purely futuristic IT platform with active Artificial Intelligence to not only promote cooking as a hobby but also to increase engagement of non-chefs with chefs.

Project Outline
Developing a network of chefs throughout the world that come together to cook this portal into a delicious basket of innovation and practicality in the best possible blend, The portal would provide for:-

Recipe upload, search, create, and so on…
A social network where cooks connect with chefs to get tips and tricks for cooking, A portal where focus is to develop a chef from a cook.
Creating events for one of the biggest unattended group of people in our society, i.e. cooks/chefs (Housewives, professional chefs, etc)
Developing a robot system that will provide for food and its related matter in an ultra-intelligent manner and efficient.
Creating an E-commerce portal very different for what exist today.
