Abdominal exercises do not always work to lose belly. Why? The answer is, you can work the muscle, but the exercise itself does not burn many calories so fat that is on the muscle does not disappear. Basic Crunches

This exercise works the upper part of your stomach and abs.

Lie with your back against a hard surface.

Get up slowly using your abdominal muscles while pressing the small of your back against the floor. Exhale from your lungs as you climb. Then slowly taking air. Repeat the process 20-25 times and then rest 90 seconds.

Remember not feel pressure to the neck, the force should do with the abdominals. You must feel your muscles are working during exercise, especially when you get to the last 5 abs in each series. You must not perform 500 crunches alone because once your body gets tired and not get the full benefit of the exercise.

Lower abs

These exercises work the lower part of your abs.

Lie with your back against a hard surface. Place your arms at your sides pressed against the floor. Bend your knees in the air at an angle of 90 ° with the ground.
Lift your hips slowly moving your legs back, squeezing your abs.
Hold this position for 2 or 3 seconds and return to starting position.
Never take off your back or your head off the floor.
Repeat the process 20-25 times and then rest 90 seconds.
Then make 2 or 3 series more than 20-25 abs.
