The theoretical part
First, it is important to remember the order and operation of the pedals. From left to right you have the Clutch, Brake and Accelerator. To facilitate memorization, use this order: EFA. This pedal is used to disconnect the rotary movement of the motor from the wheels, and allows gear changes without damaging the gearbox. Know that it is necessary to disengage, that is to say to press the clutch and keep it depressed, before any gear change.

Start riding
The ideal is to opt for flat ground. Get comfortable and put on your belt. Do not hesitate to adjust your seat in height and depth to be perfectly comfortable. A small tip is to lower the windows to hear the noise of the engine. Then keep the clutch pedal depressed and make sure that the gearbox is in neutral (in the central position). Now is the time to start while keeping the clutch on the ground. Then shift into first gear, its position is usually at the top left.
