Step By Step Guide To Install Active Alert Survey using BlueStacks

  1. Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.

Active Alert Survey is designed to let parents, students, or staff respond to surveys created in Active Defender.

- How does the user obtain an account?
A school or campus must first have Active Defender and the Active Defender server. The user accounts are created by the school for their staff, students, and parents.

The school can create survey questions. This app allows a person to log into a specific school/campus and get any campus message and also respond to any campus survey.

The purpose of the app is to allow a person that receives an account from a school to retrieve any school generated messages being sent to them specifically or messages being sent to everyone with a school account. It also allows a school account holder to receive and respond to any school generated survey.

Many schools we serve have very staggered schedules. The app can be used by the school to help provide information about when parents should bring younger children to school or when schedules have changed. It will allow parents and high school-aged students to respond to surveys and provide a communication utility.

The app is for parents of a school-aged child or high school or college-age students where that school is using Active Defender.
