The Al-Radwan program consists of: - Ten modules, each module separately contains screens through which they can record company data, enter accounts, monitor and know the company’s accounts through detailed reports on each section and each account.

1- Basic data module: -
. The company, its activities, the company owner, the phone number and the address are defined
. A system administrator is added who can control the program and add a password
. Add the name of the database and the place to save the company’s data
. Adding authority for a specific employee and giving him his own name and password
. Backup and restore of data in case of loss
. Through the company data screen, you can add some other information, such as the company logo
. You can change the program's background and control the print quality (half iv - 4 - thermal printer)

2- Storage module: -
. The store identification screen: the main store and sub-stores are defined and their locations and branches specified.
. The unit definition screen: through which the units of the items that will be worked on are determined.
. The groups definition screen: through it, groups and divisions of the items are created.
. The item definition screen: the item codes and their names are recorded, their inventory units are specified, their purchase and sale prices, and their minimum and maximum limits.
. Screen of transfer between stores: a transfer authorization is issued from one store to another through it.
. Stock inventory screen: through it you can make an inventory of items or for a custom item.
. Stock Adjustment Screen: Through it, you can learn about the state of the store and the products from an increase or deficit and settlement of the store.
. The beginning of the period items screen: through it you can enter the opening balances of the products related to your activity.

3- Purchasing module: -
. Purchase bills screen: Purchase invoices are added from this screen and the store to which purchases are added directly.
. Purchases return invoices screen: Purchases return invoices are issued with selecting the store, reducing it and extracting the invoice.

4- Sales Moduel: -
. Sales invoices screen: Sales invoices are issued from this screen with specifying the store to be dealt with.
. Sales Return Invoices Screen: Sales invoice returns are issued from this screen with the store to be dealt with.
. Touch Sales: With this screen, you can deal with the sales screen on a device that supports the Touch Screen feature
6- Customers and suppliers module: -
. Add a new customer or supplier screen: Through the Add a new customer screen, you can add the basic data about your customer and automatically Market gets its own code from the program and you can specify the type of customer if it is a supplier to you or a customer for your products and more settings.
. Balance of the beginning of the period for clients or suppliers: Through the balance of the beginning of the period for clients, you can specify the date of the beginning of your accounts with the customer.
. Customer or supplier account statement: You can extract an account statement for the customer’s balance.
. A detailed account statement: A detailed account statement that shows you all the movements that took place on the account and some reports on the program.
. Receipt voucher from a customer or supplier: You can use it when receiving any payment or amount from your customer.
. Voucher for a customer or supplier: You can use it when paying or settling a certain amount to a supplier.
7- Deposit and Exchange Module: -
. Payment types: You can record types of payment (cash - Visa - Coupon ...)
. Types of expenses: You can record different types of expenses such as (transportation - petty cash ...)

8- Technical support for Radwan
There is a dedicated screen for technical support, in which there is a special section for complaints, suggestions, information about the program and the date of release. You can change your password and specify the special powers of each employee and also specify a place to save and retrieve data.
