Days change seasons, but various questions that arise when approaching the month of Ramadan are still the same questions, about Hisab and Ru'yah, the intention of fasting, Qadha ', Tarawih, Zakat Fitrah and so on. Although these various problems have been discussed, humans remain in their limitations, forgetfulness and busyness remain a factor in why questions keep repeating themselves, despite the absence of adequate documentation. For this reason, it is necessary to collect various writings related to this issue. The compilers voted for the fatwas of the three great al-Azhar scholars; Shaykh 'Athiyyah Shaqar, Shaykh DR. Yusuf al-Qaradhawi and Syekh DR. Ali Jum'ah, because of the knowledge and manhaj al-Washatiyyah (moderate) which they continue to apply in fatwas, with a wealth of arguments and reading references. Hopefully these fatwas are able to provide enlightenment and be made by Allah SWT as part of the pious deeds that continue to flow, amen.

Finally, there is no ivory that is not cracked. This translation is far from perfect. However, if awaited perfection, these fatwas will never appear in the real world. Criticism and suggestions are needed from the scholars and all Muslims.
