Since pilgrimage is a kind of declaration of position and defining the line of thought and has strange constructive effects, what is called as the text of pilgrimage has a special sensitivity in terms of content and direction. For this reason, the Imams (pbuh) have given more direction and richness to this constructive act by teaching the way of pilgrimage to their companions; In such a way that the pilgrimage letters received from the infallibles (PBUH) - such as the pilgrimage of the great community, Ashura, Al-Yasin and the holy area - are a treasure trove of their higher teachings.

Pilgrimage to Ashura - which is one of the teachings of Imam Baqir (as) - is of special importance due to its constructive individual and social effects and the expression of Shiite intellectual and ideological positions and marking the line of deviation. Some of the achievements of this pilgrimage are:


1. Creating a spiritual bond with the family of infallibility and intensifying love and affection for them

This love causes the pilgrim to make those great people his role model and strive for intellectual and practical harmony with them; As in a part of the pilgrimage, he asks God to make his life and death completely like them:

Since this love is for the sake of God - and the family of infallibility has become beloved because they are divine and attributed to Evin - it is a means of approaching God. In a part of the pilgrimage, we read: "O God, I bring you closer to the property of the Prophet and the Prophet."

Ayatollah Behjat (RA) was said to resort to the path of perfection, but he had taken this idea from his master. Hazrat Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Ghazi (RA) had said that all I have is two things: one is reciting the Qur'an, the other is pilgrimage to Ashura and recourse. 2. The emergence of a spirit of oppression in the pilgrim

Repeating the curse on the oppressors in this pilgrimage, creates a spirit of oppression in the pilgrim. He strengthens the foundations of his religious faith by declaring his innocence and hatred of the oppressors and expressing his love for the followers of the truth and the friends of the family of infallibility. Is faith anything but love and hate in the way of God: "Is faith except love and hate"? The true believer is not indifferent to oppression. He has a clear hatred and disgust for the oppressor and accompanies the oppressed and the right-wing front: "O Aba Abdullah, peace be upon me, peace be upon you, and war be upon me, my war."



3. Staying away from the deviation line
In this pilgrimage, the roots of oppression are targeted: "God forbid, the nation is the basis of oppression and oppression against you, Ahl al-Bayt, and the curse of God, the nation, once again from your position and from your state to your rank, to rank you in God." The oppression that took place on Ashura is rooted in the heart of the history of oppression. This oppression is a circle of oppression that began with the deviation of the original path of the Caliphate.



4. Inspiring, learning lessons and setting role models
In this pilgrimage, it is stated: "The deeds of God, the Most Gracious, with your knowledge and the knowledge of your saints, and the sustenance of your innocence from your adversaries, that you will make me strong in this world and the hereafter, and that it will prove to you the truth in this world and the hereafter." The pilgrim, after gaining knowledge of the truth and recognizing the oppressor and the oppressor and seeking distance from them, by steadfastness in the school of the family of infallibility and practical obedience to them, puts himself on the path of happiness in this world and the hereafter; That is, he sets the example of the patterns and patterns of guidance, which have been appointed by God, and seeks to follow them.
