This is a live wallpaper of Queen Elizabeth 1st waving her fleet on, the artist is Katie Garwood, i have animated it with opengl and glsl shader code. Because the sea and cloud are drawn on the fly by the program it may run a little slow on older phones and cause slight delay with moving across your screens, there is no delay once you open an app. I know as i have had it loaded on my phone for some weeks while tweaking the waves and cloud effect.
There are no adverts nor in app purchases, this live wallpaper will demand a little more from your battery than the average live wallpaper, i would welcome feedback. I am a sole developer and am working on fine tuning the algorithms that create the effect.
I hope that you enjoy it.
