The Chainsmokers is an Electronic music group consisting of Andrew Taggart, Alex Pall and Matt Mcguire.

The group has twenty-four singles in Several Countries with the 2014 review song "#Selfie", reaching number sixteen on the US Billboard Hot 100, number three in Australia, and number eleven in the UK. They released their debut EP, Bouquet, in October 2015. The single "Roses" reached the top 10 on the Billboard Hot 100, while "Don't Let Me Down" became their first top single to enter the top 5. "Closer", featuring vocals from Halsey, became the first singles to become their number one on the Billboard.

Andrew Taggart
Andrew "Drew" Taggart (born December 31, 1989), grew up in Freeport, Maine. He is a disjockey, producer, songwriter. His mother is a teacher and his father sells prosthetics. He turned towards EDM at the age of 15 while abroad while in Argentina, where he was introduced to the music of David Guetta, Daft Punk and Trentemøller.

Alex Pall
Alexander "Alex" Pall (born May 16, 1985), grew up in Westchester County, New York. She is a disjockey and producer, songwriter, arranger for The Chainsmokers. Her mother is a housewife and her father is an art dealer.

Matt Mcguire
"Matt" Mcguire (born 7 August 1993), grew up in Brisbane, Australia. He is the Drummer of "The Chainsmokers" and has his own "Youtube" account for uploading drum covers of famous songs.
