This free app developed by FairGaze engages school students as a news media and an an ecosystem to expand their knowledge with relevant information and programs for their holistic development and training.

These programs for skill development, trainings and wellbeing are delivered by acclaimed mentors on four aspects which includes:
1. Future Life Skills - to learn new life skills to face the future with confidence and responsibility.
2. Creative Thinking - to enhance creative and innovative aptitude and amplify your imagination, creativity and innovation skills.
3. Wellbeing - to better understand mental, emotional and physical health and wellness which is important for overall health and fitness.
4. Coffee with Counsellors - engage with counsellors on anxiety, mood swings, loneliness, depression and stress management.

In addition, students will also be able to participate in national-level contents, competitions, MUNs (Model United Nations), debates, etc.
These include:
a. India As I See - from mid-June to August in celebration of Independence Day.
b. GlenGaze MUN - monthly MUNs co-hosted with member schools to promote debating skills and awareness on global level.
c. Dazzling Talents - from mid-December to May to encourage and showcase talents among school students.
d. Student Journalists - to promote journalistic skills of writing, editing, research and investigation.

Participation to most of these are free to member schools or for a very nominal fee for students from non-member schools.

FairGaze engages with the school community on multiple levels. Fair Talks, is an initiative by FairGaze that conducts research and studies on various issues that affect school community. The result of the research is then analysed by esteemed panellists consisting experts, authorities and stakeholders in Fair Talks.
