This mobile application was developed to educate users to be safe while browsing the internet and social media. According to the largest national survey on cyber safety among school children in Malaysia, 40% of children do not know how to protect themselves online, whereas 83% are vulnerable to online risk due to minimal protection. More importantly, 70% of those surveyed identified themselves to have experienced various forms of online harassment and cyberbully. Considering that 26% of respondents have indicated that the average age of being bullied online is between the ages of 13 to 15, digital citizenship skills should have been taught to all users to ensure that everyone will be able to go online safely. Hence, this development aims to create awareness of cyber safety through a mobile application that can be accessed by anyone regardless of age.
