You will nor be able to come out from the horror house for some days so be careful and find all the keys to left the Granny Neighbor house. That horror hears everything so be patient and do not make fast moves. Your goal is to find some keys to open all the doors. Do your best to escape from her and find a way out of her house as soon as possible.
