It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. On the home screen of the app, you will see a list of files that are present on your phone. In the list, you will see file names with extension, file type, and file size. You have to tap on the file to view it.
