In this post, I am going to show you how to install Patta on Windows PC by using Android App Player such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox, KOPlayer, ...

Before you start, you will need to download the APK/XAPK installer file, you can find download button on top of this page. Save it to easy-to-find location.

Below you will find a detailed step-by-step guide, but I want to give you a fast overview of how it works. All you need is an emulator that will emulate an Android device on your Windows PC and then you can install applications and use it - you see you're playing it on Android, but this runs not on a smartphone or tablet, it runs on a PC.

Step By Step Guide To Install Patta using BlueStacks

  1. Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
  2. Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. You can also drag-and-drop the APK/XAPK file onto the BlueStacks home screen
  3. Once installed, click "Patta" icon on the home screen to start using, it'll work like a charm :D

This is key to accessing all the information and services provided by the government as well as the link through which all information and data can be integrated in the interconnected government.
Nowadays living in 21st century the residents had a big social problem of address system, due to drastic increase in the population and development of unregistered and unplanned communities throughout the country. The important consignment, documents did not reach the actual location due to non-availability of proper address system. It is in this context DSC-VU launched the Patta” Smart geographical location system, to be the first of its kind in the South-Asia. The launch was in collaboration with IKD.
Pinpoint accuracy the “Patta” system enables its users to access various destinations in the areas meticulously, up to a one square meter, where it derives its precise coordinates directly from satellites which identifies the location of buildings and construction sites and additional information on the coordinates of its entrances through 10 unique digits.
