And if things have to be done quickly, there are short programs for post-natal gymnastics! From postpartum exercises to advanced programs, this is a complete postnatal package that will get you fit from birth to a year later - in the comfort of your own home!

Postnatal gymnastics is relaxation for you and strengthening for mom's body. In fact, he did a great job. You are holding your reward in your arms: your baby. Now you have to get fit again quickly and regain your strength. That's why it's best to start right away with post-natal gymnastics and block floor training.

The pelvic floor and stomach need particularly gentle, effective exercises. Legs, bottom and arms should be tight again, the back should be relieved of tension and then strengthened. You can do all of this with these consecutive workouts from midwife Katharina Hübner (née Werner). She has developed the perfect postnatal gymnastics and pelvic floor training for new mums.

You can start the gentle rehabilitation program immediately after the birth - you start with small exercises in early confinement to feel and activate your pelvic floor and, for example, to get your circulation going again! The workouts build on each other step by step. From 8 weeks after the birth you can then do the first major postnatal gymnastics workout and soon you will become an advanced Rübi mommy!

This app includes a detailed introduction to help you understand how your pelvic floor works, an early postpartum program, a late postpartum program (10 days after childbirth), postnatal exercises from 8 weeks postpartum, advanced postnatal exercises, short program 8 weeks after of childbirth, a short program for advanced learners and postural tips for everyday life to prevent back pain.

In total, these are 116 minutes of postnatal gymnastics and pelvic floor training for your well-being and fitness, so that YOU as a woman feel great after the birth and can be at home with your baby at the same time.
