The idea of ​​the Bydgoskie Przedmieście Festival is based on inviting residents to jointly celebrate the unique atmosphere of the Toruń district, hiding in its nooks and crannies pearls of architecture, testimonies of history, still cultivated traditions of craftsmanship, and finally - local bonds. The festival is organized by the inhabitants and supporters of Bydgoskie Przedmieście, natural persons, NGOs, local companies and informal groups. The social Domkultury plays the coordinating role! run by the Fabryka UTU Foundation. On this occasion, it implements a rich social and entertainment program, which includes a neighborhood lunch and cafe, numerous concerts, performances, DJ sets and art installations.
Each lover of the district can submit their event to the program or implement an original initiative for the community - independently or as part of a re-granting program.
