無效電力是一種電力損失,會使電機設備功率降低,因此加裝電容器可以抵消電感性之無效電力;使電機設備之總產出功率成為有效功率,如此可以減少電力系統之損失,USER亦可減少電費之支出。

依據電業法規定及台電為鼓勵用戶提高用電設備功率因數,在電價表中訂定用戶用電的功率因數如超過80%時,每超過1%當月電費減收0.15%,如低於80%時,每低於1%當月電費加收0.3%。

本APP讓您速算系統最佳裝設電容器之容量。而且可由使用者自行決定是要採用幾段(3、6、9、12段)投入及每段SC容量比例(1:1:1… 或 1:2:2…),讓系統於負載變化時能夠更貼切需求來投入電容器。

系統功能說明:
1.可選擇系統電壓 3∮220V 或 3∮380V。
2.輸入要檢討之負載容量,單位有(KVA)及(KW)供選定。
3.可視需要調整當下之功率因數COSθ1,及期望提升功率因數至COSθ2。
4.可視需求選定是否加裝6%電抗器來計算電容需求。
(有採用APFR控制或電流諧波含量高者,建議加裝電抗器)。
5.視需要選擇電容器投入之段數(3、6、9、12段),來對應變化的負載量。
6.選定每段投入容量的占比(1:1:1… 或 1:2:2…)
7.系統將計算出建議採用之總電容量、分段電容量、電容分拆段數、
電容電壓提升之建議、當調整至建議值時亦將顯示其最終功因改善數值。
8.本系統計算結果會提供[原需求]、[對應壓升]、[客製規格]、[成品規格]之總電容值
及每段電容值,並顯示對應各類規格之功率因素提升結果數值。
9.系統會顯示每回路電容器應採用之保護開關NFB及電磁接觸器規格。
10.計算出所有電容器之總電流,對應提出須採用之銅排。
