The CRM (Customer Relationship Management) is the set of activities that a company performs to create, deepen and enhance relationships with their customers.
In Easy Plan Web CRM manages the relationships with lead (references to a potential customer) and prospects (potential customers), which represent two states prior to that customer.
The CRM allows you to have real-time a photograph of the client, the needs associated with it and all the activities that have been carried out (for example, call center business, commercial, educational, including meetings, demos planned, etc..).

The app allows you to receive immediately the tasks assigned via push notifications and transmit their status directly to the management software.
