Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. Chinese Youth Association of Indonesia (IPTI) originally called Social Circle Marga Youth Association of Indonesian Chinese (IP-PSMTI) formed on July 27, 2007. But in the first National Congress of IP-PSMTI on 16-18 August 2010, agreed to change the name of the organization into Chinese Youth Association of Indonesia (IPTI).

"This is a youth community organization whose members are Chinese youths aged 18-35. The reason IP-PSMTI changed its name to IPTI is that ties IP-PSMTI youth more developed as a forum for the young generation of Chinese from various Chinese social organization that became a forum for youth PSMTI alone, "said Andrew A. The purpose of the establishment of this organization, said Andrew, as well as a vessel for the Indonesian Chinese youth also aims to container formation and stabilization of values of Indonesian nationalism.
