In this post, I am going to show you how to install Vintertrafik on Windows PC by using Android App Player such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox, KOPlayer, ...

Step By Step Guide To Install Vintertrafik using BlueStacks

Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. You can also drag-and-drop the APK/XAPK file onto the BlueStacks home screen
Once installed, click "Vintertrafik" icon on the home screen to start using, it'll work like a charm :D

Winter traffic gives you an overview of smooth and recent salting on both state and municipal roads when the Danish winter weather reports its arrival. Winter traffic has been prepared by the Danish Road Directorate in collaboration with the municipalities and DMI.

The app contains information about:
• Slippery
• Salting
• Traffic reports (from the Road Directorate and a number of municipalities)
• Webcams (from over 400 webcams)
• Current air and road temperatures (from about 400 measuring stations)
• Current wind speed and direction (from over 50 measuring stations)

Winter traffic allows you to follow a route or area - so you get push notifications when something happens!

You can also follow one or more municipalities and get notified when salting is started!

Last but not least, you get detailed view of "smooth" and "latest salting" (red, yellow, green or gray roads).

Note! The winter traffic app is not a navigation app. The app is primarily intended as a "pre-travel service". The Road Directorate does not store your location data.

With the red call button for emergency entries you can easily call directly to the Road Directorate's Traffic Center. By pressing "call" the app sends your location and your driving direction to the Traffic Center. This makes it easier for us to locate what you call. We hope you will use the button if you experience something dangerous on the major roads. It can be lost goods, dead animals, accidents or queues. Call us and we will make a traffic announcement and, if necessary, send out the emergency preparedness to clean up so that you and other road users can easily and safely arrive.
