Complete 2020 Job Creation Bill
The 2020 Job Creation Bill or the Work Creation Omnibus Law Bill (RUU) became a Law that was ratified at the DPR RI Plenary Meeting.
The Complete 2020 Work Creation Bill was approved by 7 factions consisting of PDIP, Golkar, Gerindra, NasDem, PKB, PPP and PAN, but there were 2 factions that rejected the Democrat Party and PKS.
In addition, the coalition of civil society who are members of the Indonesian People's Faction (FRI) firmly rejects and declares a motion of no confidence in the Work Creation Omnibus Law Bill.
The DPR together with the government finally agreed to pass the Job Creation Bill into law. The agreement was taken through the results of the plenary meeting on Monday, October 5, 2020 (5/10/2020).
The 2020 Work Creation Bill Before it was passed, the leadership of the DPR who led the meeting, Azis Syamsudin, invited the Chairman of the Indonesian Legislative Council, Supratman Andi Agtas, to read the report of the work committee for the 2020 Job Creation Bill.

The 2020 Work Creation Bill can also change the provisions for special leave or permits listed in Law Number 13 of 2003 which regulates employment which eliminates leave or absence during the first day of menstruation, the need for marriage, marriage, circumcision, child baptism, wife giving birth / miscarriage in the womb until a family member in one house dies.
In addition, the Ombnibus Law Cipta Kerja will also provide space for employers who contract workers indefinitely, do not defend labor rights such as severance pay, and stipulate minimum wages as provincial standards and outsourcing workers are increasingly unclear.
The Omnibus Law proposed by the government to the Indonesian Parliament, namely, the 2020 Work Creation Bill, the Taxation Omnibus Law, the New City Omnibus Law, and the Pharmaceutical Omnibus Law. The Cipta Kerja Omnibus Law includes 11 clusters which include:
