D-Drive: The digital driver's license check

All companies that keep vehicles in their fleet are obliged to carry out regular checks.

D-Drive offers a simple control of the driver's license test. Every driver receives a request at certain intervals to confirm possession of his driver's license. Using a forgery-proof NFC transponder, which is stuck on the driver's license, the driver can scan his driver's license using the D-Drive app. The fleet manager can then view this check in the D-Drive application and immediately sees that the driver is in possession of a valid driver's license.

Note: From a legal point of view, there are no concerns about the use of an NFC chip on the driver's license, provided that no relevant information on the driver's license is concealed and the chip can be easily removed without leaving any residue.

Manual checks using forms and visual inspections, which are associated with organizational and financial expense, are a thing of the past.

Important: This app can be downloaded and installed free of charge. The handling and reading of an NFC transponder only works in conjunction with the chargeable D-Drive application.
