It will also track your usage, so you can see which sounds work best for you, and it contains some secondary stimuli like colors and exercises to help keep your mind occupied.

Please use headphones for optimal effect. Firstly keep the volume at the level where it seems to be matching your tinnitus then take a minute or two before lowering the volume a bit and keep going until your tinnitus is gone.
