In this post, I am going to show you how to install Portal Legislativ Premium on Windows PC by using Android App Player such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox, KOPlayer, ...

Step By Step Guide To Install Portal Legislativ Premium using BlueStacks

  1. Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
  2. Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. The Legislative Portal is an application designed for civil servants in Romania and beyond, giving you access to all national legislation, updated daily.
Also, the application offers you several search criteria for normative acts, such as the number, year of publication, text in law, text in title and type of normative act.

At the same time, there is the possibility to search within an already open law.
When opening a law, if it is repealed, a warning will be displayed stating the law repealing the current act. Warnings are also displayed for important changes.
You can also consult the "act sheet" section and then check "suffered actions" to see all the changes suffered.

To be sure to consult an updated normative act, after you have opened the act, check the "Consolidation history" section and make sure that the last chronological version (the most recent) is checked.

The list of direct links is configurable (if you hold down a law you can remove it from the list and you can also add any law to the list of direct links by clicking the "star" button in the window that displays the text of the law)

The application does not collect any data and as a developer of the application I am not responsible for the information obtained from third parties.
