This application was developed to make the Letters published by DECEA available Offline. The application offers the following functions:

1.- Visualization of the charts of all aerodromes published in Brazil.
2.- Search by Aerodrome.
3.- Filter by Type of Aerodrome Chart selected.
4.- Visualization of the Chart.
5.- Full use of the Tablet or Smartphone Screen.
6.- Black background for lower consumption of the equipment's battery.
7.- The list of Published Letters from any aerodrome can be viewed at any time to check the update.
8.- During the update, the App deletes the cards destroyed in the DECEA update and downloads the inserted cards. After verifying that all the cards have been downloaded and the update has finished.
9.- The App shows the memory available on the device throughout the update process. (It is necessary to have about 600 MB free in the internal memory to download the cards)
10.- The App will always show the information; Updated or Outdated.

The App does not use GPS or Geo-referenced charts, does not calculate distances or times or any other calculation. It is an App that downloads ALL letters from published airfields.

If you have any doubts regarding the use of this App, it is recommended to read ANAC's IS91-002B.

The database update time takes approximately one minute.

The discharge time of DECEA cards takes just under an hour, during this initial process all cards are unloaded on the device.

The update time for new Inserted Letters will depend on the number of Letters published and should take approximately three minutes.
