Location Sharing

• Join for free and add unlimited friends and family so you can follow each other.
• View mapped location, address, local time and phone battery for everyone you follow.
• View unlimited travel history with thumb print maps of all walks, drives, bike trips and other travel.


Travel Plans

• Add your trip itinerary for travel abroad, day trips or a night out on the town.
• View trip itineraries.
• Each trip provides a place to share travel insurance details and contacts for new travel buddies.


Itinerary Alerts

• Receive a notification when someone you are following creates a new itinerary.
• Receive real time alerts when a traveler arrives and departs each itinerary location.
• Receive a notification if someone you are following fails to turn up to a location on their itinerary.


Place Alerts

• Followers also have the option to create their own place alerts for any world locations.
• Add a place and get notified whenever family or friends arrive or leave home, airports, accommodation, university, tourist attractions, work, home or any place of your choice.


Travel Warnings

• All users will receive government travel warnings for their own location, the location of their follower’s or any places included in an upcoming travel itinerary.

• Easily control your privacy, notifications and location sharing.


Inactivity and Low Battery Alert

• Receive an alert if your family or friend's phone has not moved location for more than 14 hours.

• See current battery levels for all connections and receive an alert if battery levels are running low.


Missing Traveler Alerts

Too often, it is days or weeks before the search for a missing traveler begins. Ok Away provides a lifeline of data location, travel history, plans and contacts.

• If a loved has been officially reported missing, family or friends can log information through the Ok Away community section of our app.
• Ok Away will send a notification to all Ok Away app members in that world location, with details of your missing loved one.
• The missing person’s photo and details will appear on our app community map and profile maps of app members in that location.
• Through our Missing Pages Initiative we will further engage with locals and travelers in that location through targeted social media ad campaigns.
