HOW IT WORKS?
To use the app, you need to create an account, provide username, password and contact information (phone number and primary address).
Food Orders
Browse through the various restaurants and establishments listed in the app available in your location, simply tap on the restaurant that you like, go through their menu and add the items that you like in your cart. When you are ready to place your order, click your cart, you’ll see your delivery address, an estimated delivery time, and the total price including the delivery fee. Orders are paid upon delivery.
Food orders for non-partner restaurants or food chains are made possible through our order form. Simply fill in your restaurant of choice, list all your orders and desired time of delivery and your order will be processed by an administrator, assign your order to an available rider and will send you the total price.
Non-Food Orders
All your documents and parcels can be picked-up or delivered. Click on the button to book a rider, fill in the pick-up and delivery address, give a brief description of your items and whatever instructions you may have and the desired date and time of pick-up or delivery. Once you submit the form, your delivery requirement will be assigned to a rider and the total price will be sent to you. Pick-up and delivery is paid upon delivery.
