Step By Step Guide To Install UCS Saúde Digital using BlueStacks
- Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.

Monitor and track your blood glucose. Data can be entered automatically through automatic synchronization with Roche's glucometer Guide or manually. Evaluate your evolution using graphs and statistics, selecting the desired period. Also record your glycated hemoglobin.
Oximetry and Pulse Monitoring
Monitor and track your oximetry and pulse. The data is entered manually. Evaluate your evolution using graphs and statistics, selecting the desired period.
Temperature monitoring
Monitor and track your temperature. The data is entered manually. Evaluate your evolution using graphs and statistics, selecting the desired period.
Weight Monitoring
Monitor and track your weight by entering the data in the application. Follow its evolution through graphs and statistics, selecting the desired period. Also record data such as waist, for example, and the application will automatically calculate the waist-to-height ratio. Follow the evolution according to the selected period. The data can be entered automatically through synchronization with the Wippe scale or manually.
Monitoring of Daily Steps
Monitor the number of steps you take daily and follow them to see if you are active. The steps can be inserted automatically through synchronization with the Wippe bracelet or manually entered.
Sleep monitoring

Insert your cholesterol and fractions tests in the application and follow the evolution of the results, such as LDL, HDL, triglycerides, total cholesterol, total cholesterol / HDL and non-HDL cholesterol, which are entered into the application manually. Evaluate your evolution using graphs and statistics, selecting the desired period.
Health Journal
