2. Sit Bend Left Side
Place your left hand on the floor, raise your right arm above your head, then bend it to the left. hold the pose and breathe slowly and deeply.
3. Sit Bend Right Side
Place your right hand on the floor, raise your left arm above your head, then bend it to the right. hold the pose and breathe slowly and deeply.
4. Squat Yoga Pose
if balance is difficult, try practicing the pose with your back against the wall, breathing slowly and deeply.
5. Warrior pose Right
hold the pose, keep the body upright, keep the gaze straight ahead or look at the right thumb, breathe slowly and deeply.
6. Warrior pose Kiri
hold the pose, keep the body upright, keep the gaze straight ahead or look at the left thumb, breathe slowly and deeply.
7. Mountain Pose
stand straight on the ground, raise your hands up towards the sky, for a balance challenge, close your eyes in this pose.
8. Right bend pose
lower the right arm under the right side of the body and raise the left arm above the head, then lean to the right. hold the pose and breathe.
9 Left bend Pose
