・一覧画面と入力画面を行き来する際に「ケガキ位置」「余りの処理」「切モノの位置」を設定するスイッチの状態を記憶するようにした

【バグの修正】
・一覧表示の文字修正
大きすぎた文字サイズを少し小さくしました。
表の見出しが「穴位置」となっていたのを「ケガキ」に修正しました
・入力画面の「穴位置」入力時、余分なパーツが残っていたのを除去
