2. 吃香蕉可增加免疫力,預防癌症
香蕉中的蛋白質,可以刺激細胞分化,增強人體抗癌的免疫力,而且它在腸胃道,會直接被吸收。
不像其他蛋白質會被分解,所以更具抗癌功效。


3. 吃香蕉可以預防和緩解便秘
香蕉含有很多纖維,可刺激腸胃蠕動,增加糞便體積,幫助排便。
