Generally letter down in Madinah has many verses and long, while the letters were dropped in Makkah tend to be shorter and less verse.

Short letters in the Qur'an is often used when conducting worship or sunnah prayers obligatory prayers five times a day. Even most priests in Indonesia often use short letters in prayer. Usually a short letter to every rak'ah. The letters were read a letter al-souled, an-nas, letter-believers, or other short letters. Most children learn the Koran were usually short letters in juz ama before finally learning the Qur'an. This is because the short letters, is a letter that has a verse very little so easily memorized for small children though.

Talk about the kids, for those of you who are teaching your child to memorize short letters, or for yourself who is studying and memorizing short letter.
