Step By Step Guide To Install Biceps Workout using BlueStacks

  1. Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.

The 6 exercises provided here have been chosen for their effectiveness. This workout is targeting a single muscle, for that reason you need to allow five days between each workout, that means that you only need to perform the exercises described here once a week and up to 2 full body workouts in the same week while resting 48 hours between each workout.
