All you need is dumbbells and an alterable bench to perform incline and flat bench presses. Using only dumbbells is very helpful for people who have weak chest, it will help putting stress on each chest muscle separately, so the muscles are developed equally. You can perform this workout routine at home if you already possess the needed material. the exercises movements are well described with images. Before starting any workout, please warm-up first from 5 to 15 minutes doing high-knees and some push-ups. Use weight that will make your last rep a little bit difficult to complete and watch the magic happen.
