In this post, I am going to show you how to install Treino Academia on Windows PC by using Android App Player such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox, KOPlayer, ...

All you need is an emulator that will emulate an Android device on your Windows PC and then you can install applications and use it - you see you're playing it on Android, but this runs not on a smartphone or tablet, it runs on a PC.

Step By Step Guide To Install Treino Academia using BlueStacks

  1. Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
  2. Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. The training part was implemented a week where each day can add up to 10 sets of exercises with all the data needed to simulate a form of own gym exercises.

To make the register of daily training the user must access the "records \ Training" menu and choose which day of the week you want. The default title (weekday) can be changed for better understandability if deemed necessary.
After padding the fields of the register, click the "Series ->" button and a screen with the 10 series options will be displayed.
Selecting one of the 10 options screen to register the exercise will be shown.
This registration screen have the basic fields for the registration of the series as the name of the exercise or equipment to be used, number of series and its repetitions, the weight to be used and any comments that may be necessary.

When you start training, you select via the menu "Delivering Training", the day of week that you want to be shown a list of exercises that are part of the training day.

For each run series, the user can make an appointment (by clicking in the [] OK) which will be saved for later viewing.

The user can clear the markings of all series when you start training again. For this you must press (long press) on the day of the week in this listing and perguta will be made so that your series are cleared.
